The Cliffs Hotel Leisure Club & Spa, Blackpool provides one of the best health and fitness centres in Blackpool.

Open to hotel residents free of charge, the public and members, the hotel Leisure Centre includes a pool, spa, sauna and two fully equipped gyms, allowing you and your family to relax and unwind in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

There is also an extensive range of massage and beauty treatments available, plus various spa day packages.

You can take a dip in the inviting leisure pool, sit back and enjoy a hot sauna or relaxing spa bath. Comfortable seating on the poolside allows you to watch the children having fun in the pool without you getting wet.

The hotel leisure club has two fitness centres, available to hotel residents free of charge, the public and members at various rates.

An air conditioned CV Room, is filled with high quality cardio training equipment including a bike, stepper, rower, three treadmills and two Cross Trainers, to give you an all round body workout. To keep you entertained and reduce the tedium, we also have the latest music plus four LCD tvs linked to ‘The Pump Station’ system, enabling you to listen to the tv of your choice.

With two levels of the top of the range LifeFitness Signature Series weights equipment, plus a selection of core training equipment and a range of dumbbells (including ladies) the Cliffs Hotel Leisure Club is one of the best hotel gyms in Blackpool. The equipment is easy to operate and designed to accommodate a wide range of abilities, creating an atmosphere you will be confident training in and giving you the ideal opportunity to develop and tone your body.

If you are unused to exercise and haven’t used a gym before, our leisure assistants will put you at ease and undertake a full induction with you, enabling you to enjoy your workout in comfortable surroundings and get the most out of your time spent in the gym.

The Leisure Bar in the Cliffs Hotel is the ideal place to stretch out after a day out in Blackpool and watch the kids having fun in the pool, or the sports action on our two large TVs. You can even have a family challenge by playing table soccer. Wifi connection is also available in the Leisure Bar.
